Parties

The terms "Road Lives", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Road Lives, LLC. The terms "you" and "your" refer to any person or entity using or accessing any of the Websites or Applications.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Community Content Guidelines ("Guidelines") are established by Road Lives. The following terms and conditions (collectively, the "Content Terms and Conditions") govern your access to and use of the Road Lives online services, including any content, functionality, features, links, and services contained in or provided by any of Road Lives' websites (the "Websites") and/or mobile applications (the "Applications") (the Websites and Applications are collectively the "Online Services"). This includes statements, videos and photographs, and other content posted by you.

Please read the Content Terms and Privacy Policy carefully before you start to use the Online Services. By using the Online Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Content Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Online Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Content Terms and Conditions on behalf of such organization, and you represent and warrant that you have authority to do so. If you do not want to agree to these Content Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Online Services.

These Online Services are offered and available to users who are 18 years of age or older that reside in the United States, Canada and Mexico. By using these Online Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use any of the Online Services.

Changes to Guidelines

We may revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.

Your access or use of any of the Online Services following the posting of revised Content Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to all of the changes. You are expected to check this page each time you access or use any of the Online Services so you are aware of any changes, as they will be binding on you.

Overview:

The goal of the community platform on the Online Services is to allow users the right to exercise their right of free speech and expression without us attempting to influence their opinions or views. We welcome differences of opinions and a variety of content. Road Lives also wants to bring common sense and civility to its place in the social media world. We will also not tolerate any illegal or criminal conduct.

With this in mind, the "golden rule" for the use of the community platform is to please be kind to others and treat them as you would like to be treated. Road Lives will make all efforts to protect our users from inappropriate content and create a safe, non-censored social media environment for the benefit of our users. We encourage users to be tolerant of other people's views and opinions. Also, use your common sense. If you do not like what a user says, stop following them. If you feel a user has posted content that violates these Content Terms and Conditions, you can report a post using the menu in the top right of a post and clicking "Report Post."

Under no circumstances does Road Lives endorse, verify, or validate any statements made by its users or any content posted by them, and we will not be responsible for the views or statements made by users on the community platform. Road Lives is also not responsible for and does not endorse third-party websites or content that may be linked to or from our Online Services.

Content Terms and Conditions

Any post that is or contains any of the following will be considered by us to be a violation of these Content Terms and Conditions:

Illegal or criminal, or promotes or supports illegal or criminal conduct or activities
Sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
Content that appears to be abusive, exploitative, or sexually suggestive
Content that promotes, incites or advocates domestic terrorism, dangerous Individuals or organizations
Content that promotes, incites or advocates violence, harm or a crime
Abusive, harassing, stalking, bullying, distressing, threatening, or that attacks others
Fraudulent, deceptive, libelous, or misleading
Content that promotes, incites or advocates suicide or self-injury
Content that invades the privacy of others
The use of any person's image without their prior written consent
Violations of any intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights
Content that we consider to be hate speech
Violent or Graphic Content
Contains profanity
Spamming in nature
Cybersecurity
Viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people's computers or our Online Services
Inauthentic behavior or misrepresenting the user's identity
Using another person's identity as your own
Manipulating news or other online media content
Commercial solicitations or solicitation of donations

Protection of Minors: All Users must be 18 years of age or older. In the event a person under the age of 18 falsely creates an account, a user can notify Road Lives and we will investigate the account, and if proven the account user is a minor, we will remove the account. In addition, Road Lives will be indemnified and held harmless if a minor creates an account.

Violation of Content Terms and Conditions

In the event that a post appears to violate these Content Terms and Conditions, our Community Content Guidelines Team will review the post and take appropriate actions. These actions could include, but are not limited to: (1) finding that no violation has occurred; (2) finding that a violation has occurred and informing the user making the post to remove or edit it within the time period set forth by us, which typically will be within 24 hours, and if this is not completed, then we will automatically remove it and take further action against that user as we deem appropriate; (3) in the case of a serious violation, we may immediately remove the post and thereafter inform the user making the post that any further violations could result in them being permanently blocked from making further posts; (4) temporarily or permanently block the user from making any further posts, particularly in the case of a serious violation or repeated violations; or (5) take any other actions as we deem appropriate. We will have the sole discretion in determining whether a violation has occurred, the seriousness of the violation, and what, if any, recourse will be taken by us as a result of such violation. We further reserve the right to delete off-topic comments, marketing materials, commercial content, and other types of "spam", even if they do not violate our Content Terms and Conditions. We reserve all rights available to us, including whether to take or not take any action that we deem appropriate. We further reserve the right to change, remove, or deny access to the content on our pages, and we will not be responsible for any consequences or losses you may experience as a result.
